Women's Day 2025 Blog Cover

As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we want to take a moment to honor the remarkable women who have shaped our industry and continue to drive our success at Jubilant HollisterStier (JHS). This year, we are especially proud to recognize the outstanding women at Jubilant HollisterStier who are instrumental in advancing our mission of improving patients’ lives and delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.

At JHS, we’re observing Women’s History Month with activities and resources. Our theme for Women’s History Month 2025 is “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations“. This theme highlights the significant contributions of women in education, mentorship, and leadership across generations. We’ve launched a campaign to recognize team members who inspire us through their leadership, mentorship, innovation, and team collaboration.

We’ve also sponsored a Women in Manufacturing event in Spokane focused on the importance of practicing allyship in our industry.  Keynote speaker and 4th generation Washington farmer Kaitlyn Thornton shared five strategies to strengthen allyship within organizations with a powerful effect on connection and collaboration. Our JHS team members Litcelle Prouty, Sr. Associate of QA Training, and Alexa Eddy, Community Relations Liaison, lead a group session about the value of active listening during the event.

We’re excited to come together to uplift, recognize, and celebrate the women who make a difference every day at JHS and within our industry. We’ve included several resources below that further highlight the contributions of women within the pharmaceutical manufacturing and engineering spaces.
